> You may cancel your print order and obtain a refund at any time, prior to the photos being printed.

> If for any reason you are not satisfied with a print order, or there is an error on our behalf, we will refund you upon its return to us in the condition that it was received. Or you may make a replacement order to the same value for no charge. We will not refund you due to your changing your mind. Return shipping charges are your responsibility. If your order is delivered damaged, it is your responsibility to contact the shipper. IMPORTANT: Save all packing materials. Failure to do so can cause the shipper to deny your claim.
